Refunds and the 30-day guarantee
Every kit comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't help you make the decision you bought it for, you get every cent back.
How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.
- Use the email address you checked out with, and tell us which kit you bought.
- That's it. No form, no questions you have to answer.
The refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Polar, our checkout provider.
How your kit is delivered
Kits are digital downloads. Right after checkout you get an email with your download link. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll send it again.
Who you're paying
Checkout runs on Polar, which acts as our merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and sends your receipt. Omni Home Ideas never sees your card details. The kits themselves are made and supported by Omni Home Ideas.
